Seneca Ray Stoddard (1843-1917) was an immensely successful and influential landscape photographer, artist, author, publisher, lecturer, and pioneering conservationist.
His skill as a landscape photographer influenced all who came after him. His talents and influence extended far beyond the lens and canvas, as e impacted public policy, recreational travel and attitudes toward our natural world. His name is synonymous with the Adirondack Mountains of New York State. And now, his story is shared with the world.
